About The Cattery
Hotel Pit-Pat is situated in Fair Oak, Eastleigh Hampshire, and is an exclusive boarding residence for the discerning feline.
With only a maximum of 20 guests, we offer a friendly and cosy indoor environment to help relax your cat or cats. Some of our pens are inter-connecting to allow for larger families to be together whilst holidaying, (all from the same household of course!) and all our pens have independent heating and plenty of natural light. Views come as standard.
The cattery building itself is Traditionally built of block and render construction and all windows are double glazed and together with a tiled roof, keeps it warm in winter and very cool in the summer months.
All our pens have recently been refurbished to a very high standard ensuring the best possible environment for your feline friend.
We are more than happy to administer medication.
We have been running Hotel Pit-Pat Cattery since 2003 and now have many regular visitors who return year on year.
Our catchment area covers most of Hampshire including Southampton, Winchester, Portsmouth and as far away as London and Basingstoke.
The Cattery has been extended to include two large additional pens away from the main cattery, ideal for the shy, timid or infirm cat.
We also have a new reception and kitchen area.
I now have 3 permanent residence of my own who will occasionally meet and greet you at the gate. Depending on the weather conditions of course !!!
All guests will have the time and attention needed to make their stay as comfortable and stress free as possible.
I am qualified in Feline first aid, a course which I completed with the Animal Care College and achieved a Pass with Credit.
I have always found the behaviour of cats fascinating so what better way to find out more, I thought, than to take a Feline Psychology Course.
So here I am after much time spent watching the felines behaving in the cattery and many a late night researching the internet.
Finally the feline Psychology course has now been completed and I am very pleased to say a pass with credit was also obtained .
They really are the most amazing and complex creatures!!
