IMPORTANT NOTICE
As from 10th June 2024 it is a legal requirement for your cat to be microchipped.
please ensure you have this information available to us upon check-in.
the microchip number can usually be found on the vaccination certificate or speak wth your vet if unsure where to find this .
All cats must up to date with their vaccinations.
Initial vaccination must be carried out at least 4 weeks prior to boarding and annual boosters within 12 months prior to boarding.
Vaccination certificates must be produced at time of arrival for each and every visit and are to be retained by the cattery for the duration of stay.
Please ensure your cats flea and worming treatment is up to date.
we will require dates of last applications.
Should your cat fall ill whilst in our care we are registered with the local vet, which is a short drive away, or alternatively, we would use your own vet for any pre-existing illness or injury.
The cost of any such treatment will be the responsibility of the owner.
All animals are boarded at the sole risk of the owners ,whilst every care is taken, Hotel Pit-Pat cannot be held responsible for any illness, injury or loss of any animal in our care.
Any cat left for more than 14 days after the original booking collection date, and where no communication has been made , will be transferred to a cat rescue service.
We cannot accept entire toms or queens over 6 months old.
Boarding fees are payable when your cat is collected. We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer.
We do not have credit or debit card facilities.
